Refund Policy

1. Attendee Cancellations

Each event has a specified refund deadline, displayed during registration and in the initial confirmation email. Cancellations received on or before the published deadline are eligible for a 100% refund. After the refund deadline, all sales are final and nonrefundable.

2. Transfers and Credits

Funds cannot be transferred to another person or applied to future events unless Oasis provides written approval on a case-by-case basis.

3. Oasis Cancellations

If Oasis Healthcare Education LLC cancels an event, registrants will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid to Oasis for registration. Oasis is not responsible for costs outside of registration (including airfare, ground transportation, independent lodging, or other third-party expenses).

4. Force Majeure

Oasis shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather events, public health emergencies, labor disputes, war, terrorism, governmental actions, or venue unavailability. In such circumstances, Oasis may modify, postpone, or cancel an event and may offer remedies such as rescheduling or refunds of registration amounts in its discretion and as permitted by law.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund by the applicable deadline, contact us at support@oasishealthcareeducation.com with your full name, registration email, event name, and order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable processing fees where permitted by law.
